True You Southeast is a group practice of dedicated licensed therapists and counselors who work with anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, with couples, self-esteem and gender identity and sexuality. We work with children, teenagers and adults. We offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments and we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance.
We work with clients that feel stuck and feel like they help everyone in their lives except themselves. We work with people with anxiety and panic attacks who need to learn coping skills for their worry and anxiety. We often work with people who are thinking about or ready to transition genders. We have clinicians on staff who specialize in working with addiction and mood disorders such as bipolar disorder and depression. We also understand grief and loss and the intense feelings that come with grief.
We are welcoming and affirming to the LGBTQ community and one of our specialties is working with gender identity and sexuality. Our clients are looking to be heard and feel like they are working with a therapist that is well trained in concerns of the LGBTQ community and has experience as a gender therapist. We work with the transgender and non-binary communities as open and affirming therapists.
We support all clients in the community from multiple backgrounds and identities. We work with all people who are dealing with life’s challenges that want to come to a practice that is inclusive and focused on all intersectionality.
We are non-judgmental and value our client’s beliefs and values. We believe our clients can make positive changes in their life to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
True You Southeast is an open, LGBTQ affirming mental health practice for people of all identities and we create a warm and caring space for our clients. Our goal is to allow our clients to be their true selves and live happier more fulfilling lives. We welcome adolescents and adults to our practice.
